As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to support company growth.
Design and refine processes to ensure the seamless delivery of services and ongoing business success.
Identify market opportunities and potential clients through in-depth research and analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead the development of marketing strategies to promote services and increase market penetration.
Manage proposal teams and client accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Organize business meetings with prospective clients and conduct demonstrations of our services.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and developments in the logistics sector.
Provide feedback to the sales team and assist in refining the sales process based on market insights and customer feedback.
Collaborate internally with the sales team to generate targeted leads aligned with the overall sales strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial services sector or public sector business development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and stakeholders in both the public and private sectors.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
